Package tracking within Zendesk
This will allow you to follow packages tracking within Zendesk on the chat and on the tickets interface.
This integration is divided in 2 parts :
- Install the add-on Shipup Support on your Zendesk support via the marketplace
- Install the add-on Shipup Chat on your Zendesk Chat via the marketplace

Part 1 : Install the add-on Shipup Support on your Zendesk support via the marketplace:
To get your API key, log on your Shipup account and then click on this URL:
https://app.shipup.co/settings/general/#apikeys and copy the private key
Part 2 : Install the add-on Shipup Chat on your Zendesk via the marketplace:
