This will allow you to create tickets directly from Shipup to Zendesk via Shipup communication channels.

To install the app: 

  • Go here or go Configure > Apps > Zendesk 
  • Enter your domain name in 'my domain' (you can find the domain name in your url on your Zendesk account)
  • Add your agent's email
  • Add your API token

To find your API token:

  • Go to your Zendesk account
  • Click on 'Settings'
  • Scroll down to 'Channels'
  • Then click on 'API'
  • Create a new API token and name it (Shipup could be a good API name)
  • Copy the API token 
  • Paste it back on Shipup 
  • Click on 'Connect' and voila!
