To generate tickets from customer feedback, you need to have set-up the Zendesk app in Shipup

To enable feedback surveys for Zendesk :

  • Go to 'settings'
  • Click on 'Feedbacks'
  • Scroll down to 'alert settings'
  • Set-up as you wish
  • Choose 'zendesk ticket' on 'Alert channel'
  • Choose a Zendesk account
  • Define a priority
  • Assign it to a person / group / brand
  • Click "Update"
