1/ "Package will soon be returned from pickup point if not collected" means that your customer hasn't picked up thier package from the pickup point yet.

2/ You need to trigger your customer into taking action.

If the first notifications "package at pickup point" has not worked, try changing the medium, e.g. from email to sms or phone call.

"Your package is waiting for you!"

  • Body :

 "Hello {{tracker.first_name}}, {{carrier.name}} delivered your {{company.name}} package at your pickup point. You only have a few days left to collect it! Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding your package."

VERSION FRANÇAISE :

  • Titre :

"Votre colis vous attend au point de retrait!"

  • Corps du texte:

"Bonjour {{tracker.first_name}}, {{carrier.name}} a livré votre colis {{company.name}} à votre point de retrait, il ne vous reste plus que quelques jours pour le récupérer! N'hésitez pas à nous contacter si vous avez des questions concernant votre colis."
