1/ Package returned to the shipper.

 Then you can propose a solution to your client.

"Package returned - cause: unknown"

  • Body : 

"Package is being returned to us,
probable cause : 

- delivery failed
- package refused

To do:

- contact shipping carrier & client
- ask client if he / she wishes to receive a new package or to be refunded"

  • Priority : urgent


  • Titre :

"Colis retourné - cause: inconnue"

  • Corps du texte :

"Le colis nous est renvoyé,
Cause probable:

- la livraison a échoué
- colis refusé

A faire:

- contactez le transporteur et le client
- demander au client s'il souhaite recevoir un nouveau colis ou être remboursé"
