The customer must feel unique. To do that, you can customize your notification in different ways.

First of all, go on your Notification Settings. Here, Email Subject, Email Title, and Email Body can be modified and it is possible to insert HTML and Liquid code.

Liquid code is a language invented by Shopify. Thanks to this language, it is possible to customize all your notifications by integrating variables as {{company.name}} or {{tracker.first_name}}. You can find all the documentation and operators available on liquid here

Many variables exist as name of the city or country. You can find the documentation about Liquid Variables, click here

This is a few examples:

If you want to have different wording for a specific carrier:

{% if carrier.code == "usps" %}
specific message for usps
{% elsif carrier.code == "fedex" %}
specific message for fedex
{% else %}
default message for all other carriers
{% endif %}

You can find the list of the carriers here

If you want to skip a line: <br>

Good news {{tracker.first_name}}! <br />
Your {{company.name}} package is in the hands of {{carrier.name}} and is on its way.

If you want to put some text or words in bold: <b></b>

<b> "Hello {{order.first_name}}" </b>

If you want to put some text or words in italic: <i></i>

<i> Good news {{tracker.first_name}}! Your {{company.name}} package is in the hands of {{carrier.name}} and is on its way. </i>

If you want to align the text to the left:

<p align="left">Good news {{tracker.first_name}}! {{carrier.name}} just indicated that your package was delivered.</p>

If you want to align the text to the right:

<p align="right">Good news {{tracker.first_name}}! {{carrier.name}} just indicated that your package was delivered.</p>

If you want to justify the text:

<p align="justify">Good news {{tracker.first_name}}! {{carrier.name}} just indicated that your package was delivered.</p>
