Create an account on Shipup

Connect Shipup to your e-shop 

To embed your e-shop on Shipup, we have several integration modules.

After you connect your e-shop, orders are going to appear on Shipup.
On the Order view, all orders and multi-packages will appear.
It can take a few minutes. 

What multi-package does it mean?
When an order is too imposing, it could be split in several packages as we can see on the next pictures

By clicking on the order tracking, a view on two packages with their content (if available) and the notifications sent will be displayed. 

Notifications are generated on the thumb Notifications.
Don't worry, they are not sent to customers as long as the account is inactive. 

A preview of the notifications is available by clicking on the 🔎 on the left.

Set up of Zendesk or Gorgias on Shipup (optional)

Thanks to the integration between Zendesk and Shipup you can:

  • Track your parcels within your Zendesk conversations and chat
  • Create tickets for notifications and feedback surveys from Shipup to Zendesk 

To embed these applications, you need to go on Configure > App click on the + ou click here

Follow the documentation of what you need:

Configure your account with several languages (optional) 

🌏 If you send packages to several countries, this paragraph is for you!
If not, you can skip to the next step. 


First, choose the languages on the Settings > General > Language Settings or click here

Available languages are the following ones:

  • English 🇬🇧
  • French 🇫🇷
  • German 🇩🇪
  • Italian 🇮🇹
  • Spanish 🇪🇸
  • Deutch 🇳🇱
  • Polish 🇵🇱
  • Danish 🇩🇰

We detect the language of your client with the following order of priority:

  1. Either we get your language in the order information
  2. Or we recognize the language of the country of destination
  3. Or the language of the destination country is not supported and the notification is sent in the default language.

Then, you need to set the Email Templates, the Tracking Page and the Notification Settings. This information is described in the next step.

Configure your Email Templates 

To access Email Template, go to Configure > Email Templates > Edit Default Templates or click here. This tab allows you to set the design of these three emails: 

  • Main Template 
  • Incident Template 
  • Delivery Template

🎨 In the "Design" tab, you can change the email's background color, the logo or even the color of the text. Then, upload the logo of your company and choose if you want to display the borders or not. 

By clicking on 📱, the mobile view will appear according to the desktop view. 

🌏 To set Email Templates in several languages, click on the flag at the top right to choose which language you want to edit. 

It is important to edit manually: 

  • Promotional banners 
  • ⚠️ Footers ⚠️

Configure your Notification Settings 

To access Notification Settings, go to Configure > Notification Settings or click here

Here, you can: 

  • Choose communication channels 
  • Turn on notifications 
  • Change the email's title, its subject and/ or its body content 📩

If you want to be notified when there is a problem, there are 3 different possibilities: 

  • Zendesk: you need to create a ticket 
  • Gorgias: you need to create a ticket
  • Email to Support: your Customer Support will receive by hidden copy the emails you choose 

If you want to customize your notifications, it is possible to incorporate Liquid Code and/or HTML on the body of your email, so let's go to this documentation!

Configure your Tracking Page 

To access the Tracking Page, go to Tracking Page > Editor or click here

To take advantage of the traffic generated by the visits on the tracking page, you can embed it directly on your website by following this documentation. It will take only a few minutes! 

The Tracking Page works by Drag & Drop and it is possible to resize every widget. You can adapt and customize it as much as you wish. 

By clicking on ➕ it is possible to add all the available widgets such as the following ones: 

  • Delivery status 
  • Promotional banner 
  • Timeline 
  • Expected delivery
  • Carrier info 
  • Order items

⚠️ Unlike Email Templates, mobile view and desktop view are independents so remember to also set the mobile view! ️⚠️

🌏 To configure the Tracking Page in several languages, click on ➕ and choose the desired one.
By clicking on the 🔎, you have access to the overview of the tracking page on all  different languages available.
It is important to modify by hand: 

  • Promotional banners 
  • The banner links according to the countries you are operating
