To generate tickets from customer feedback, you need to have set-up the Zendesk app in Shipup
To enable feedback surveys for Zendesk :
- Go to 'settings'
- Click on 'Feedbacks'
- Scroll down to 'alert settings'
- Set-up as you wish
- Choose 'zendesk ticket' on 'Alert channel'
- Choose a Zendesk account
- Define a priority
- Assign it to a person / group / brand
- Click "Update"
