In your email templates, some content is specific to each language and has to be set up manually in every language you might be using.
To change the language of the template you edit in:
- Go to 'Email templates'
- Click on the flag at the top right
- Choose the flag of language you want to edit in
Do not forget to save your changes
The two main things that need to be manually added in each template are:
- Your promo and incident banners
- Your footer
